Requirements:
1. Back up your important data's such as SMS, Contacts, Call logs, Images APN Settings and etc.
2. Disable security suites or antiviruses present in your device because it may interrupt the process of firmware update.
3. The battery life of your device should not be less than 60%. to finish the update without turning your device off.
Note that if your device is rooted then the phone will be unroot after applying this update.
Now the step by step guide/procedure on how to Update Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 with Official Jellybean 4.1.1 OTA Firmware Manually:
1. Let's start, first download DDBLH3 OTA Zip firmware package here and odin tool here.
2. After downloading, Open Odin in your computer.
3. Turn off your device to enter download mode.
5. Now enter to download mode by pressing Volume Up rocker key + power button while the device is off.
Note: if device start in normal mode you need to retry the process in entering download mode.
6. Now Connect your Galaxy Tab 2 with your computer desktop/lapton.
7. In Odin you will see that hte ID: COM will turn yellow which indicates that all drivers are installed successfully.
Note: If ID:COM does not turn yellow you need to install the usb drivers in your computer and go to path settings> wireless and network > USB settings and enusre that samsung kies option is ticked before connecting the phone to the computer.
8. Now click on PDA to select and once selected the file click start to start the processing update of the firmware.
9. After you have updated successfully the device will be restarted and it will take longer time for rebooting.
10. To check if its successfully updated go to path settings> about phone > firmware version.
Congratulations! You have updated successfully your Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 with Official Jellybean 4.1.1 OTA Firmware Manually

Flashed it it was nice but cant getting speed while doing wifi hotspot so switched back to ics
In the download links that you provided, there are certain countries mentioned and i could not find India there, so will that cause a problem if i download any files from the list of countries mentioned there?
its 4.0.4 not 4.1
